How Whack-a-Mole collects, uses and protects your data. Written plainly, true to exactly what the app actually does.

📅 Last updated: 21/06/2026

Whack-a-Mole ("the app", "we") respects your privacy. This page explains exactly what data is collected, why, and how you control it. The core principle: no ads, no cross-app tracking SDKs, no selling your data.

1 Data we collect

We only collect the bare minimum needed for the game to work and to sync your progress:

2 What we DON'T collect

🛡️ A clear line in the sand

Whack-a-Mole does not collect: precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or payment card details. Every purchase is handled by Apple / Google — we never see your card number.

3 How we use it

🚫 No ads, no tracking

We do not use ad SDKs, do not track behavior across apps, and do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4 Storage & security

5 Your right to deletion

You can delete all of your data at any time:

6 Data retention

We only keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service (progress sync, leaderboards). When you request deletion, the related data is removed from our systems.

7 Children's privacy

Whack-a-Mole is a general-audience, family-friendly product. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (PII) from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8 Policy changes

We may update this policy over time. Any significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated policy.
